Jackal Twins create a lane of their own with their debut album Cuzco
Formed by friends Ben Trussell and Mike Palumbo in 2017, Jackal Twins began as an experiment in pushing heavy, chaotic sounds to their limits. Joined by bassist Dante Lamusta in 2019, the trio channels their raw chemistry into Cuzco, a record they describe as “psychedelic noisy tunes for the hopeless romantic.” Blending elements of mathcore, jazz, noise, metal, and punk, the album delivers a visceral, full-body experience. Cuzco captures the band’s balance of rage, vulnerability, and unrelenting energy.
