Adult DVD - "Rolling Face"

UK act Adult DVD dropped their acid house banger “Rolling Face,” a song about gambling it all away when you’ve got nothing left to lose anyway. "A job in a suit can only get you so far, which is what the character from rolling face soon realises, he's at the deep end of a pretty ugly night out, which ends in him losing his mind and money." Their self-titled debut album will be released next month via Fat Possum Records.

Trash Sound Conglomerate - Uncultured at the Best of Times

Seattle punk trio Trash Sound Conglomerate bite back on their power pop anthem “Uncultured at the Best of Times.” Speaking on the song, bassist Gwen Static shares, "I have literally never figured out how to be quiet in quiet places. I have been told to shut up at the spa for being my typical loud self. I'm at my loudest with a guitar in my hand, unfortunately, so people don't even have a chance to tell me to hush. This song isn't a defense. It's more throwing words back at the people who try to explain my life to me like it's not mine."

Sledding - My Golden Tempo

Brooklyn indie rockers Sledding hit the streets in their video for their debut single “My Golden Tempo.” On the song, vocalist/guitarist Khadija "Deej" Aslam says. “‘My Golden Tempo’ was written hard and fast by Aidan. As we learned and rehearsed the nameless song, we nicknamed it “Fast Song” because it’s really fast and kinda hard to play. We’ve had multiple drummers play this song with us over the past few months, and it’s always the song we kind of test them with to see if they can handle our speed and vigor." Sometimes we find it difficult to let people go, but often it’s the best thing we can do. That’s the theme explored on Porcelain Tongue’s latest single “Orbiting.” The Boise-based slowcore/shoegaze act will release their album Don’t Obscure the Sun on 9/10 via Mishap and Moon Ruins Records.
